David’s Leadership and Management development experience spans the public, private and voluntary sectors. In the public sector David has run workshops on commercial awareness and change management for executive teams from central & local government teams. In the voluntary sector David was CEO of a Microsoft founded International Aid charity with in excess of 1million beneficiaries across Africa. As head of Learning & Development for a global logistics business in the UK David was responsible for the learning & development strategy for a UK organisation of 37,000 employees. David designed and delivered Director level programs not only for established teams but also for high potential executives. At a central government level, he has spoken at All Party Parliamentary Groups as well as being a speaker at symposium events. His commercial, change management, negotiation and “messaging” experience has been gained in leadership in a turn-around business environment as well as mergers & acquisitions, both “friendly” and “unfriendly”. His considerable and varied experience makes his style both very pragmatic and engaging…
