David brings a wealth of experience in leadership and management development across the public, private and voluntary sectors. His career spans senior roles in global business, international charities and government-facing work, giving him a unique perspective on organisational growth and transformation.
In the public sector, David has designed and delivered workshops on commercial awareness and change management for executive teams across central and local government. He has also spoken at All-Party Parliamentary Groups and national symposium events, contributing to high-level discussions on leadership and governance.
In the voluntary sector, David served as CEO of a Microsoft-founded international aid charity, impacting over one million beneficiaries across Africa.
In the private sector, David was Head of Learning & Development for a global logistics business, where he was responsible for the L&D strategy for an organisation of 37,000 employees. In this role, he designed and delivered director-level programmes for senior teams and high-potential executives.
David’s leadership journey has included experience with turnaround business environments and involvement in both friendly and challenging mergers and acquisitions. This has honed his expertise in change management, negotiation, and organisational strategy.
