Overview
The ability to deliver uninterrupted services requires organisations to prepare for the future and effectively respond to change.
The UK Government Resilience Framework 2022 highlights three core principles when it comes to the public sector’s new strategic approach towards resilience:
A developed and shared understanding of the civil contingencies risks we face
Prevention rather than cure wherever possible: a greater emphasis on preparation and prevention
Resilience is a ‘whole of society’ endeavour, so we must be more transparent and empower everyone to make a contribution.
Attend our Improving Organisational Resilience course to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop effective strategies for responding to crisis and contingency planning.
Explore the UK Government Resilience Framework 2022 to establish the importance of building a risk-aware culture, improving communication and collaboration and integrating resilience into daily operations.
Leave the day with a resilience action plan to implement to support organisational resilience and improve operational performance.
