Overview

Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs) are an invaluable tool for identifying and mitigating the potential negative impact of new policies and programs on marginalised groups. They’re a great means of ensuring public sector organisations can meet the Public Sector Equality Duty and make informed decisions that reduce harm while promoting equality and inclusion.

Attend our highly practical Creating Effective Equality Impact Assessments to develop best practices for producing EqIAs. Learn the legal frameworks surrounding EqIA, how to conduct one comprehensively and strategies for implementing the results.

Develop the tools and mindset needed to create truly inclusive and equitable policies and programs, engage with diverse stakeholders and build a culture of inclusivity throughout your organisation.
