Overview

A psychologically safe workplace is one where people can take risks, be that trying out a new idea or speaking up in a meeting, without fear of punishment or being penalised.

By creating a culture of psychological safety at your workplace, you will help your staff come up with ideas that can be of enormous benefit to your organisation. Whether it be ideas around improving internal processes or serving delivery, these can help your organisation be more productive, efficient and help with greater staff retention.

Join our Creating Psychological Safety at Work course to gain an overview of what psychological safety is and how it can be practically used to help your organisation.

Leave the day with an action plan to create psychological safety within your workplace and to improve decision-making.
