Overcoming Overthinking Training
Avoiding Analysis Paralysis
This course is available for teams and organisations.
We’ll tailor it to your goals and deliver it online, at your offices, or wherever works best.
Overview
Overthinking can get to all of us, whether it’s laying awake at night thinking of a conversation you had that could have gone better, worrying about an email you missed or the way you responded, or how you should take a comment that was made by a senior member of staff.
Overthinking and worrying create feelings of distress that can have long term negative effects on your wellbeing and decrease productivity levels. Learning the skills to take back control of your thoughts is the key to feeling peaceful and being able to focus on the important things.
Join esteemed Author and memory expert, Mark Channon, to learn how to better absorb relevant information and filter out not so important facts.
Develop strategies and gain practical tools to avoid wasting precious time and energy on a single issue.
Leave the day with a practical toolkit to help overcome decision-making paralysis.
