Overview

Trying to influence and engage with a colleague or stakeholder is very different online to in-person. The barriers come up and it’s easier for the person who you are trying to convince to shy away.

Our virtual course has been specifically designed to help public sector professionals overcome the barriers to remotely influencing and engaging colleagues, key stakeholders and service users online.

Learn and understand the theory behind influencing and engaging others; create a dynamic virtual setting to help you remotely engage, and gain online active listening skills and body language techniques.
