Thanks for your interest! While individual bookings aren't currently available, it’s the perfect time to explore our bespoke team training.

Tailored to your organisation’s goals and delivered in-person or online, our sessions offer practical, targeted learning with real impact.

Overview

Artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance customer experiences and boost productivity in the public sector by providing real-time intelligent assistance to enhance creativity. It can also be difficult to work out how to get practical benefits while avoiding potential risks.

Microsoft Copilot provides a safe, secure and accessible way to integrate AI with your internal tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

This training will give you the confidence and skills to get the most out of Copilot. It will give you a jargon-free guide to how AI works, the prompts will produce the best outputs, and real use-cases

You’ll learn about how to use Copilot to bring together information and data from multiple sources – including email, meetings, spreadsheets and external web searches. And you’ll get insight into how the tool can help refine your presentations and reports to ensure they have maximum impact.
