Looking at eye-contact, physicality and physical positioning in order to successfully build rapport

Status – looking at three characters and explaining their physicality

What makes it easy/difficult to listen?
Explore the effect of listening skills on everyday tasks
Establish what the 3 levels of listening are and in what situations they will be used
