Systems Leadership in The Public Sector

Applying System Leadership Techniques

Overview

Systems Leadership involves working beyond organisational boundaries on issues of mutual concern that cannot be solved by any one person or institution.

Leaders should pioneer and develop credible and adaptive plans, whether that be within or outside their organisation, to contribute towards overcoming wider complex challenges, such as net zero, helping to manage risks and ensure that wider societal goals are delivered.

Join our Becoming a System Leader course to gain a greater understanding of system leadership and leave the day with an action plan to be used within your organisation.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain an overview of system leadership

  • Understand and apply system principles

  • Apply different system approaches

  • Take back a system leadership action plan

All the Understanding ModernGov
