Bespoke Training: Thinking on the Spot

Master the Art of Quick Thinking

Overview

With many decisions, big and small, having to be made on a daily basis that may have long-term implications, it’s more important than ever to be able to make them quickly and concisely.

Quick thinking lets you offer ideas that can be built upon by other people in a collaborative environment. Whether you are faced with a challenging question, put on the spot, or asked to defend a difficult decision, succinctly articulating your decisions is also a vital skill to have.
