Overview

Public sector organisations must regularly communicate to a wide range of service users, including various ethnic groups, those who are neurodivergent, and people of different ages. It is therefore important that your communication can be understood by all.

Attend our Inclusive Communication course to gain tools and techniques to ensure your writing is more inclusive.

Learn how to deconstruct biases and avoid language that could offend and confuse people.

Acquire resources and style guides for inclusive language to make your communication accessible to all, irrespective of the format: web content, emails, and reports.

Leave the day with an action plan to improve the inclusivity of your communication.
