Public sector organisations are increasingly being asked to improve performance, make more effective business decisions and deliver better services. It is therefore essential that professionals are able to understand and utilise effective forecasting and trend analysis techniques, in order to handle these increased pressures.
This Understanding Forecasting and Trends course gives those with a limited understanding of analysing forecasts and trends, the confidence to make more effective decisions, based on data reports. No advanced statistical skills will be assumed.
Attend this Understanding Forecasting and Trends course, to confidently identify and predict trends, meaningfully interpret data and use data to make predictions and comparisons. By the end of the day, feel more comfortable with interpreting data.
Take an active part throughout the day, using a mixture of computer models on spreadsheets, practical examples, interactive learning tasks and theory.
Please can delegates bring their own laptops. The laptops will only need Excel.
