Covid-19 has had a huge impact on how we all work. Organisations have had to manage and lead staff working remotely. It has been a challenging but maybe, at times, also a rewarding experience.

With many staff now working remotely, it is essential for organisations to start to plan and prepare for a return to work, irrespective of when the lockdown is due to end.

This course has been broken down over three days, to help you manage your other work commitments and allows you to reflect on the learning for the next day.

During the three days, you will be guided through essential key planning and preparation stages to help you phase staff’s return to work.

Attend this course to identify and overcome the challenges returning to work will bring; learn techniques to communicate and engage with staff to ease their return and alleviate their anxiety; identify the key stakeholders to involve with the transition and plan for the immediate and long-term return.

Please note we will use Zoom to virtually deliver this course.

About the Chair: David Elverson
David is a change management and commercial expert, with a passion for helping to create more effective services. He works with a wide range of organisations and their staff on developing their commercial awareness, bringing about culture change and developing and implementing effective strategies.

He has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, working with over 50 local authorities, many NHS Trusts, Central Government departments and Science Councils in the last three years.

David is passionate about translating strategy into action in a way that engages staff and develops buy-in and high levels of productivity.

David has worked on many high level and politically sensitive projects. He has been part of government review panels looking to improve the effectiveness and impact of major national transformation programmes. He always tries to bring a pragmatic edge, as a strategy is only as good as our ability to implement it.

Q: I can no longer attend the course, can a colleague attend in my place?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be received in writing 30 working days before the date of the event and will be subject to a £195+VAT administration fee. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to the full delegate fee.

Q: Why haven’t I received the speaker’s presentation?
