As a senior public sector professional you spend a significant time in meetings, either as a Chair or participant. These meetings are too often badly organised, time-consuming, unproductive and inconclusive.

Designed for public sector leaders and managers, this  Effectively Leading Meetings course helps you plan, organise and steer meetings to a successful conclusion. It includes practical exercises on setting the agenda, organising the process and the discussion, dealing with difficult people, summing-up and delivering agreed outcomes once the meeting ends.

Through tutor-led sessions and an extended role-play session in the afternoon, you’ll leave the day understanding how to use meetings of all shapes and sizes to get far better results for you and your organisation at all levels.
