Public sector organisations need to consider a range of factors that will affect the way they operate to continue to provide high quality services. A surprising number do not do this, and those that do often fail to act on their findings.
In today’s political and economic climate, it is not enough to respond to events after they happen; you have to pre-empt them. Preparing for every eventuality regarding major issues such as Brexit is an essential skill, and one that teams at all levels need to master.
Attend this course, led by policy and communications expert Jo Clift, in order to examine the threats – and opportunities – facing your organisation, and identify the best methodology for you to effectively plan for every eventuality.
