The Public Sector is responsible for a large and varied property portfolio, therefore having robust procedures in place to comply with statutory building responsibilities is crucial to avoiding disasters.
Building management has always included protecting the health as well as the safety of both occupiers and visitors. COVID control measures have been a timely reminder of the welfare and hygiene measures that should have always been in place. There are now specific additional infection control measures that must be put in place in order to be legally compliant
This specifically designed virtual Effective Premises Compliance Audits During Coronavirus for the public sector course, is a practical and informative course giving you the opportunity to carry out a mock premises compliance audit, which will help you identify risks to health and safety and demonstrate compliance with the statutory regulations and employ COVID-19 controls.
Through the use of virtual breakout rooms, to facilitate group work in smaller groups, gain techniques for carrying out premises compliance audits.
There will be plenty of opportune moments for you to network, share resources and experiences with other delegates. Gain valuable contacts with other like-minded peers to create that invaluable health and safety support network.
Attend this virtual course to gain the necessary skills to avoid fines, legal and regulatory action and keep your workforce safe. Leave the day confident that you and your organisation are compliant with health and safety regulations leading to effective premises compliance.
