Yetunde Dania

Partner (Housing Management), Trowers & Hamlins LLP

Yetunde is a partner and leads the Housing Management team in the Trowers & Hamlins’ Birmingham office. Yetunde joined the firm in 2011 from Shoosmiths solicitors.

Yetunde specialises in advising and representing registered providers in all areas relating to housing management both contentious and non-contentious.

Yetunde’s particular areas of interest are tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour remedies, succession issues, disrepair claims in both the County and Magistrates’ courts, mental health and Equality Act issues, unlawful occupiers, debt recovery litigation, rent increase, shared ownership and leaseholder issues.

Yetunde is acknowledged as a leading individual for her Real Estate Litigation work in the Chambers and Partners’ Guide to the Legal Profession 2015, where she is recognised for her tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour work and her clients say “she is extremely good to work with and will go the extra mile in looking after clients.”
