Professor Suzanne Cholerton

Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching), Newcastle University

Suzanne Cholerton took up the post of Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) in February 2011 following previous roles as Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Director of Medical Studies in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University. She has responsibility for learning and teaching across all of the Institution’s undergraduate and postgraduate provision and is committed to the enhancement of the student experience from recruitment to graduation and beyond. She is Professor of Medical Education with interests in curriculum design and e-learning and has contributed to policy and practice in higher education at local and national levels.
