Sarah is an award-winning expert people change specialist with a strong track record in the development and implementation of complex public-sector change and transformation, including law enforcement, central and local government.

After 20 years leading services in the public sector, Sarah set up an organisational consultancy business dedicated to transforming public sector capability by inspiring leaders to involve their whole workforce in building safer, more sustainable communities now and for future generations.

As a professional facilitator and trainer, Sarah has considerable experience coaching and advising public sector leaders and executives in positive approaches to transformation, innovation, and change leadership. Using her deep understanding of change leadership and governance as well as challenges of bringing vision and workforce together, Sarah helps organisations make successful shifts in strategy, culture and structure to build sustainable models that put people at the heart of change strategy.

Sarah is a qualified executive coach and mentor, and a certified change management practitioner. A member of the CIPD and a fellow of the RSA, Sarah is also a visiting lecturer at a leading London University and a mentor on the Aspire Foundation mentor programme.
