Child, Family and Young Peoples' Mental Health Service Manager, Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust

Rob is service manager of specialist Child, Family and Young Peoples’ mental health services within Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust. Rob is a psychiatric nurse and has worked in a range of settings including in-patient settings, early intervention in psychosis, and community settings.

Rob has experience of developing and managing services for children and young people across health, social care and education settings. This includes community and inpatient services for children and young people. Recently Rob has been working successfully in Norfolk to develop a youth service aiming to remove transitions for young people between children and adult services. He has an MSc in leadership and clinical innovation and improvement.

Rob is also on the board of trustees of YoungMinds, a leading UK charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.
