Ray is the co-founder of a project called Do Something Different (https://dsd.me/healthcare/) and is involved in the creation of the content for a variety of different programmes. He spends most of his time ensuring all stakeholders can win by helping people do something different. That, and spreading the word.
Using evidence-based behaviour change methods, Do Something Different programmes help individuals take control of their health and wellbeing, make healthier choices and improve their health outcomes.
Do Something Different has successfully demonstrated lasting behaviour change across many public and private health programmes, reaching people on a wide scale, and providing measurable impacts to commissioners. Some of the organisations DSD have worked with include numerous local authorities, MIND (Mental Health Charity) and the European Commission. The project was recognised by the Royal Society for Public Health in their Health & Wellbeing Awards 2015 due to its “innovative and creative approach in supporting behaviour change of individuals in Hertfordshire.
Prior to Do Something Different Ray was Chief Operating Officer of iCrossing UK, one of the country’s leading digital marketing agencies.
