Rachel Welch

Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant

Rachel Welch is a mental health and wellbeing trainer at the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.

Rachel Welch was the Director of SelfharmUK for 6 years, and has since founded Freedom From Harm and started working for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.

She has spent many years writing and speaking on issues around self-harm, eating disorders and mental wellbeing, has a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with a particular focus on mental health, and will shortly be undertaking a Masters in Mental Health Science
