Ola Drummond

Global Student Experience Coordinator, Nottingham Trent University

Ola Drummond is the Global Student Experience Coordinator at Nottingham Trent University promoting integration between the UK, EU and international students.  Throughout the year she organises  cultural and educational events across the three campuses and the diverse city of Nottingham.

Originally from Poland, Ola attained her MA in International Relations in Krakow having studied in Poland, Scotland and Italy. With first-hand experience as an international student and having a passion for foreign languages she now works to improve student experience in her institution via activities such as Language Cafes and Global Community Lunches, coordinating the Global Lounges’ big annual projects such as Global Week 2017.

Ola previously worked  at the University of Sussex where she ran  the International Summer School  social programme and was responsible for student welfare. Prior to that she was student services manager at Brighton Language College – a busy private sector school for international students in the cosmopolitan exchange student hub of Brighton.
