Natalie Koussa

Director of Partnerships and Services, Compassion in Dying

Natalie is Director of Partnerships and Services at Compassion in Dying, a national charity working to inform and empower people to exercise their rights and choices around end-of-life care. Natalie’s experience includes front-line social work, health and social care commissioning, community outreach, and programme and service development across the voluntary and statutory health and care sectors. Most recently she led National Voices’ Wellbeing Our Way programme which brought together charities, community organisations and people with long-term health needs to develop person-centred, community-based approaches to health and wellbeing. She is Deputy Chair of Ditch the Label, a leading pro-equality, anti-bullying charity.
