Partner - Head of Education, Harrison Clark Rickerbys

Kristine is a Partner and Head of Education at Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Kristine has a vast amount of experience supporting schools with discrimination and SEN queries and has successfully helped schools through the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.

She is trusted to advise schools when allegations of abuse are made against staff including practical advice multi agency working, the duty to refer and advice on safeguarding. She is praised by schools for “giving strength when it gets unpleasant”.

Kristine is the safeguarding governor of a large secondary academy school and is a ranked lawyer and recognised practitioner in Education in Chambers and Partners.
