Kristian Melgaard

Director of Customer Contact, Moat Homes

Kristian has worked for a number of different housing associations over a 15 year career and specialises in customer service roles, usually involving taking the lead on ensuring effective complaints management.  During his time as both an executive and non-executive he has gained significant experience in this area, helping to set up resident scrutiny structures, conducting policy and performance reviews, and chairing complaint panels.

Kristian currently works as Director of Customer Contact at Moat, a housing association owning and managing almost 20,000 homes in London and the South East, and has responsibility for a variety of customer-facing functions across the business.  He also sits on the London Board of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
