Julia combines national policy level access and thinking with a deep understanding of specific culture issues and their solutions.
Providing innovative support to organisations experiencing considerable change and her exposure to a variety of sectors (with a strong charity and NHS background), Julia offers clients a wide range of support and tools in leadership, strategic HR, change management, facilitation and organisational development.
Julia sits on the Board of Trustees of Borough Market and United St Saviour’s – a Southwark almshouse charity and is a member of the HPMA London Academy Board.
As Visiting Fellow at the University of Greenwich, Visiting Lecturer at the University of East London and Queen Mary Westfield, Julia specialises in employability and leadership. She holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management and organisational change.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the RSA. An active volunteer in the CIPD since 1998 and until June 2016 Julia was the Chair, SE London Branch and Lead Chair, CIPD London, the local branch partnership of 7 London branches which has 22k members.
