James Rowlands is strategic commissioner – domestic violence & sexual violence and violence against women and girls – for Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.

Befor taking this role, James worked as a MARAC Development Officer London & the East of England at Coordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse (CAADA).

Previous roles included Quality Assurance Manager for the Coordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse (CAADA) and Domestic Abuse Coordinator at London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
