Jacquie Hackett

Director of Patient Care, Ellenor Gravesend

Jacquie Trained in Bristol and qualified in 1989. She holds an MSc in Supportive and Palliative Care, teaching and leadership qualifications. She has 27 years nursing and social service experience, she has worked in palliative care for the last fifteen years in a variety of senior nursing roles including Clinical Nurse Specialist, Senior Sister, Inpatient Unit and Head of Hospice in the Home services.

She has a keen interest in teaching and staff development. Jacquie first worked for ellenor in 1999 as a flexi bank nurse and she joined in 2014 as Director of Patient Care. This role oversees the management and development of all clinical services. Since joining she has worked with the clinical team to develop services including the triage role, Wellbeing Services, therapy services and therapeutic groups.
