Jacqui is a professional mindfulness trainer and consultant – as seen on BBC1’s Doctor in the House.
Jacqui is professional mindfulness trainer and yoga instructor who recently featured as a wellbeing expert on the BBC1 program “Doctor in the House”.
She provides secular, evidence-based wellbeing solutions, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, mindfulness introduction sessions and individual tuition. Jacqui’s clients include public, private and third sector organisations, professional athletes and the general population.
Jacqui is currently completing an MSc degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches at Bangor University and adheres to the Good Practice Guidelines of the UK Network of Mindfulness Teacher Training Organisations.
Since 2007, Jacqui has focused on responding to the growing interest and demand for accessible, evidence-based, jargon-free wellbeing solutions. This work has targeted stress reduction and wellbeing improvements for members of the general public and for professionals working within public, private and third sector organisations. She also continues to work with professional athletes from a variety of sporting disciplines, using mindfulness and yoga to refine and enhance clients’ physical, mental and emotional performance.
