Iain Nisbet

Consultant Solicitor, Cairn Legal

Iain is an education law consultant and specialist, with particular expertise and interest in additional support needs law and the Equality Act 2010 as it applies to education. He is the principal author of “A-Z of Scots Education Law – A Guide for Parents” (Consumer Focus Scotland). He is the Convener of the School Closure Review Panels, a Consultant Solicitor with Cairn Legal and a former non-executive director with Education Scotland.
