Gregory is Head Teacher of Highfield South Farnham School and Nursery, an Academy with 264 pupils aged from 3 to 11 years. The school has a broad social demographic, including 33% pupil premium and 30% SEND. Over the last 4 years, progress and attainment outcomes have increased significantly; Highfield now exceeds the national average in all areas and is ranked as performing in the top 3% of schools in the country for progress.
The school has achieved many awards and accolades and has recently been named as the ‘school of choice’ in Farnham by the Sunday Times.
As part of the South Farnham Educational Trust, Gregory has an active role in the delivery of ITT and writes and delivers professional studies training for the Surrey South Farnham SCITT. Within the Teaching School, Gregory leads on School-to-School Support and is involved with the roll-out of training, support, coaching and mentoring for other local schools and across the Teaching School Alliance.
Gregory has held leadership roles across both Primary and Secondary sectors and has worked with HEIs and the National Health Service designing and delivering safeguarding training programmes.
