Frank currently works internationally as a keynote speaker and advisor on a range of educational issues. He has a keen interest in self-evaluation and strategic planning for transforming classroom experiences, engaging learners and raising achievement. He stresses professional development and capacity building as key to improving schools.
Frank has been involved in a range of international projects including in school transformation, school inspection systems and teacher professional and career development. He has been guest speaker at innumerable conferences and events across the UK and has given presentations in Australia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Greece, Germany, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Poland and Serbia.
