Liz has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. She started her HR career in the private sector but moved to Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust in 2004 where she undertook various operational HR roles. Liz commenced in her current role as Workforce Transformation Manager in February 2015. Her responsibilities include management of the Trust’s apprenticeship scheme as part of our Talent for Care and Widening Participating strategy. She also oversees the Trusts workforce planning process and undertake workforce reviews to ensure that our workforce have the skills and competencies to deliver a high quality service to our patients.
The trust was recently awarded with the Health Education England working across the West Midlands Apprenticeship Medium Employer of the Year 2017. They have lots of plans in the next 12 months to build on this success and are excited about the diverse opportunities this will provide their current team members and people in our local community looking to start their career.
Liz has a BA degree in English and History, she is MCIPD qualified and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning.
