Eileen Bray

Service Manager, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

Eileen qualified in 1995 as a mental health nurse and has worked within a number of very interesting services including the Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Unit and Eating Disorders Inpatient Services. She found herself always coming back to working with young people, with the majority of her nursing career within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, both within inpatient and outpatient settings.

She has always believed that we need to work with young people around emotional wellbeing and mental health to help them understand what is happening for them, how to manage their mental health, but also to break down stigma in the wider society.

She recently completed her MSc. Mental Health Nursing.
