Dick Moore

Mental wellbeing advocate, speaker and trainer, Charlie Waller Memorial Trust

Dick has extensive experience in working with young people as a housemaster, English teacher, rugby coach and headmaster for over twenty years and as an independent and passionate advocate for young peoples’ mental wellbeing.

Dick is qualified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and became an Associate Trainer for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust in 2013. Since 2012 Dick has delivered workshops and talks on adolescent mental health at organisations and institutions across the country and in 2015 was well received as a TedX Speaker in Exeter with his talk ‘Dancing or drowning in the Rain’. He has spoken on Radio 4 and written for national publications, his website can be found here.
