Chris has previously worked in local government for 18 years, more recently as the Corporate Organisational Development Manager for Norfolk County Council. His responsibilities included the role of Head of Learning and Development for the Council. During his time in local government he worked an associate of Change on a range of key development projects.
Chris has extensive managerial experience at a senior level, combined with 15 years experience in management consultancy and people development.
Having tutored in management development programmes at MBA and Diploma level for the Open University, Chris is committed to the concept of management development that focuses on enhancing managers’ identified strengths and performance improvement, including developing a greater understanding of their financial and resource management responsibilities.
